Welcome to the Family!

Zoila Weddborn is the grandmother of Louis D. Brown. She died on May 7, 2020 due to covid-19. She remains the heart and soul of our family and is the heart and soul of the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute. She always talked about how proud she is of her three daughters, grandchildren and great- grands. Nana took great pride in continuing Louis' legacy through the Peace Institute. From knitting hats and scarves for the young children and grandchildren of the staff to walking all 7 miles of the Walk for Peace to being our biggest fundraiser and cheerleader. Nana has always held it down. It is in her honor that we walk and raise funds this year. She and Louis are cheering us on! They're counting on you to support the work of the LDBPI and to unite with us in Building Together for Generation Peace.
