As a social worker and a survivor, having lost my beloved daughter Jasmine to gun violence here in Massachusetts, this Mother's Day walk carries profound personal and professional significance. My healing journey has been deeply informed by my experiences at the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute, and as a graduate student, I've been able to integrate these healing practices into my own life.

My spiritual beliefs and guidance have been a source of strength and solace throughout this challenging time. They remind me that while Jasmine's physical presence is gone, her spirit lives on within me and the world. They offer me a sense of peace and comfort amid my grief.

I humbly ask for your support of the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute by contributing towards my personal walk goal and sharing this page with your family and friends. Every dollar raised will support the Institute's vital mission as a Center of Healing, Teaching, and Learning.

Furthermore, I welcome the opportunity to discuss how you can become involved.

Together, we can make a tangible difference.
