First Church Jamaica Plain Unitarian Universalist has been proud to walk as a congregation and a community for many years. Please help us support the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute by making a contribution to our team and sharing this page with your family and friends whether or not you'll be able to join the walk (but we hope you can join the walk!). Your investment allows the LDBPI to continue to meet the needs of families and communities impacted by murder, trauma, grief and loss that are consistent and compassionate. I'm excited to walk with all of you next Sunday (5/10). At 8 am I'll be at Town Field Park near the brick building when you enter from Dorchester Avenue. I'll wear our purple FCJPUU shirt so I'm easier to find, and I welcome others to do the same, but of course wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Once we get a critical mass, we may move away from the brick building to get out of the way, but we'll try to stay near the fence along Dorchester Ave. We'll have the church banner too!
